Where can I check my order details?
To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website. Once logged in, navigate to the My Orders section to access all your past orders.
Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to modify the address.
If you wish to change the address to an international location, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?
Product images are clicked under different lighting conditions to represent the product as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or camera limitations.
Since our products are produced in small batches, minor shade differences may also occur.
Where are my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Please also check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails may be filtered there.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible returns. The charges for reverse pickup will be paid by the customer. We will arrange the pickup on your behalf.
In some locations, reverse pickup facilities may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to us, and a full Store Credit will be provided after the product is received and verified.
